Pheno captures data from wearable motion sensors during clinical spine motion assessments, digital forms or questionnaires, and biomedical images. Personal Health Information and Personally Identifiable Information can be related to this data by the user if desired, though this is generally not required. User access logs are kept in the system permanently and backed up according to 21 CFR Part 11 requirements. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest and is stored on a secure server powered by Amazon Web Services. This data may be used for research, future commercialization, or other approved purposes. Pheno is currently for Research Use Only, and should not be used for clinical decision making.
